Pumpkin Eggnog
You’ll need 8 eggs, ½ cup pumpkin puree, 1½ cups cream, 1½ cups milk, ¼ cup bourbon, and some pumpkin spice seasoning. First, you’ll beat the egg whites, then in a separate bowl you’ll beat the egg yolks, add in the cream and milk. Once everything has thickened and mixed together add the spices and bourbon. Then fold in the egg whites and serve!
Pumpkin White Russian
Just a few simple ingredients—½ oz pumpkin spice coffee creamer, 1 oz Kahlua, 1 oz vodka and some ice. Put all the liquids in your cocktail shaker, shake it together and pour over a handful of ice.
Pumpkin Spice Sangria
Start with your favorite sangria recipe and add ½ cup pumpkin pie mix, some pumpkin spice and a few cinnamon sticks for garnish. If you don’t already have a favorite sangria recipe try 5 cups apple cider, 2 cups club soda, two bottles of wine and some cubed honey crisp apples.
Pumpkin Martini
First, you’ll need 6 tbsp canned pumpkin, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp sugar, a pinch of pumpkin spice seasoning, 6 tbsp white rum and a splash of whiskey. Fill your shaker with some ice, add in all of your ingredients, shake it around and pour in your favorite martini glass. Bonus points if you dust the rim in cinnamon sugar.
Pumpkin Moscow Mule
Take your classic Moscow Mule—some vodka, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and spicy ginger beer, and add some pumpkin puree with a dash of pumpkin spice. Mix it all together, pour in your copper mug over ice and enjoy the refreshing pumpkin flavor.
Pumpkin Pie Shots
Each of these little things takes 1 tbsp pumpkin puree, 2½ tbsp heavy cream, 1 tbsp hazelnut liqueur, 2 tbsp Kahlua, and a pinch of pumpkin spice. Mix it all together and if you can pour it in a tinny pumpkin for an extra festive drink.
Pumpkin Cider
You can make your own cider, or use your favorite hard cider for this delicious pumpkin cocktail. Add 1 tbsp pumpkin puree, 2 oz whiskey, half a shot of lemon juice, a pinch of pumpkin spice and some honey to finish it off. If you’re looking for an extra decadent pumpkin cider, you can always add some whipped cream on top!
Pumpkin Bourbon Splash
Jim Beam’s Bourbon Splash recipe calls for 1 part bourbon, 1 part lime juice, and 6 parts lemonade. To make this a Pumpkin Splash reduce the lemonade to 4 parts and add 6 parts pumpkin puree with pumpkin spice. Which ends up being 1-2 parts bourbon, 1 part lime juice, 4 parts lemonade, 6 parts pumpkin, and a dash of pumpkin spice. Add brown sugar to sweeten this drink to your tastes.
Pumpkin Negroni
This classic cocktail is perfect for a pumpkin twist. Start with one part Campari, one part gin, one part sweet vermouth, one part pumpkin puree and a dash of pumpkin spice. Just mix them all together and serve!
Pumpkin Promenade
Gather some vodka, lemonade, cranberry juice, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice. In a shaker pour 3 oz vodka, 2 oz lemonade, 2 oz pumpkin puree a splash of cranberry juice and a pinch of pumpkin spice. Shake it all together with a few cubes of ice and pour out for your friends.
