You are getting ready for date night and trying to look your absolute best. However, the last thing you want to do is break the bank trying to look your best.
While there are plenty of beauty products out there that will cost you a pretty penny, there are also a number of amazing options that won’t actually drain your wallet. In fact, there are some products you can grab for $10 and under that even Kim Kardashian recommends.
And sure, you could totally pick up one of Kardashian’s own luxurious beauty products, but if you can save a little money and still look amazing on date night, then why not.
According to E! News, Kim Kardashian recently took to her official app in order to share some of her personal favorites when it came to finding beauty products at the drugstore. For glam on a budget, there are any number of amazing options, and some of the following are actually Kardashian approved (and even in her own collection).
Beauty Finds Under $10
Milani Baked Blush – $7 – Milani’s baked blushes are highly pigmented and have both a matte and shimmer look to them. They are Kim Kardashian approved, and since they compliment all skin tones, they really are a great addition to the beauty bag.
L’Oréal Paris Infallible 24HR Shadow – Starting at $7 – Depending on where you go to get this particular eyeshadow, you may find yourself paying anywhere from $7 to $12. With approximately 23 shades to choose from, there is something for every look with this particular shadow line. With their powder-cream texture and rich pigmentations, each shadow is designed to last 24 hours, while making an impression the entire time.
Revlon Colorstay Eye Liner – $6 – Eyeliner is perhaps the one staple that every woman should have in their beauty arsenal. It makes your eyes pop and gives you a made up look even when you go with a more minimalist approach. With the Revlon Colorstay liners, you get a product that is good even for women who have sensitive eyes and even for contact wearers. Overall, this a long-lasting eyeliner that will make even the most discerning makeup lover happy.
L’Oréal Voluminous Carbon Black Volume Building Mascara – $8 – Mascara is something that many women love to hate, but with this particular offering from L’Oréal you get thick and supple lashes that are also conditioned. Even the brush is amazing with this particular mascara, as it helps to prevent clumping and flaking because of just how plush it really is.
L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara – $9 – While this mascara did not make Kim Kardashian’s list of must haves, it does make ours. If you are looking for both length and volume then this is a must have. With a brush that is soft and wavy, you get to see a dramatic effect when you put this mascara on your lashes. Overall, this is another mascara that will change the way you feel about coating your lashes for effect.
NYX Professional Makeup Liquid Suede Lipstick – $7 – No look would be complete without a lip color. Again this particular product did not make Kim Kardashian’s list of beauty items, but having used this one myself, I highly recommend these liquid lipsticks. They are rich in color and also waterproof. These colors glide on with ease and make your lips look as luscious as you want them to.
Neutrogena Makeup Remover Night Calming Cleansing Towelettes – $6 – At the end of the night, after you have impressed your date, it is time to get all that makeup off and what better way than with this night time calming remover, that is Kardashian approved too. The formula on these towelettes is designed to clean your skin, while also offering a scent that relaxes you as well. They help you unwind, while cleaning your skin in one easy step. In fact, there is no rinsing required when you use these cleansing towelettes from Neutrogena.
Ultimately, there are plenty of options out there for inexpensive beauty products that are also high in quality. Whether you choose the Kim Kardashian approved items or even our own fun finds, your beauty bag will be richer for it, even as your wallet will thank you.
