The sun is finally here! Let’s start up the grill, fill up the cooler, and get summer started!

I’ve compiled a list some of the best boozy popsicles for your summer shindig! Because who doesn’t love a good day-drunk?

Bourbon White Peach Popsicles

Halt the fast-paced city life and put your mouth around these southern-style sweet treats. I’m talking about these bourbon white peach popsicles, of course! Their sorbet-like texture will melt in your mouth. So, close your eyes and feel yourself be transported to the South.

Ingredients
4 cups chopped white peaches
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
3 1/2 tablespoons bourbon

Place chopped peaches, lemon juice, honey, and bourbon. Leave a few chunks for a nice sorbet-like texture. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze!

Coconut Vanilla Malibu Popsicles

Coconut, vanilla, and rum? That’s all the ingredients for paradise! Minus the cabana boy. So, let’s all lather on some tanning oil, grab our biggest sunnies, and pretend we’re lounging on a beach in the Carribean with these paradise-inspired creations!

P.S. The texture of the shredded coconut in these is to die for!

Ingredients
1 can coconut cream
1 vanilla bean
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup Malibu rum

Directions
Combine coconut cream with sugar in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium/high heat until the sugar is dissolved. Immediately, pour mixture into mixing bowl and place in refrigerator until cooled. After the mixture is cooled, split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape into the bowl, also adding shredded coconut, pineapple juice, and Malibu Rum. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze!

Jalapeno Mango Margarita Popsicles

Ay Caliente! Alright, spice-lovers, this one is for you! Cinco De Mayo may have already passed, but these popsicles are the perfect excuse to try them out for next year’s fiesta! The jalapeno-infused tequila mixed with a pinch of cayenne pepper will be soothed by the sweet taste of fresh mango and sugar!

Ingredients
Jalapeno-infused tequila:
1/2 cup silver tequila
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced

Popsicles:
4 cups mango
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 powdered sugar
pinch of cayenne pepper
6 tablespoons jalapeno tequila

Directions
To make the Jalapeno-infused tequila, slice the jalapeno and add to tequila. Cover and let infuse for at least 6 hours before making the popsicles. Once, the tequila is infused, blend mango, lime juice, and powdered sugar in a blender then add the 6 tablespoons of infused tequila. Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze.

Vodka Lemonade Popsicles

Set up a lemonade stand for these adult yummies and you’ll have the whole neighborhood lining up! With all your earnings, can you say new summer wardrobe? These vodka lemonade popsicles are simple, refreshing, and garnished with fresh lemons to make them look, oh so cute!

Ingredients
2 cups lemonade
1 cup vodka
lemon slices

Directions
Place lemon slices in popsicle molds. Mix lemonade and vodka, and pour in popsicle molds. Freeze and enjoy!

Kahluha Fudgesicles

These are a dessert I could get down with all year-round. Coffee and chocolate are two diet essentials and when mixed together they’re heavenly. For an even creamier, more indulgent treat, use heavy cream instead of milk!

Ingredients
3 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate
1 cup whole milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup Kaluha
1/2 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
In a saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat, and add milk, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt. Mix to combine. Remove from heat and add Kaluha, butter, and vanilla. Whisk the mixture. Allow to cool, then put into popsicle molds and freeze!

Mint Julep Popsicles

The Kentucky Derby has already passed for the year, but that doesn’t mean we still can’t enjoy these classy high-society popsicles. Pair these mint julep popsicles, with your biggest and best hat!

P.S. Feel free to garnish with mint by putting pieces in the popsicle mold before you pour in the mixture!

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups water
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup of mint leaves
1/3 cup bourbon

Directions
Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Remove from heat and add mint. Steep for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture with a mesh strainer. Add the bourbon. Then pour the mixture into a popsicle mold to freeze!

Tequila Sunrise Popsicles

The bright color of these popsicles screams summer party! These little beauties look just like the classic drink and taste like it too! Just remember tequila is an upper, so get ready to actually stay up until sunrise!

Ingredients
2 cups pineapple juice
1 pound fresh pineapple, pureed
3/4 cups tequila
1/4 cup grenadine

Directions
Combine pineapple puree and tequila. Fill popsicle molds 3/4 of the way full, then pour 1 teaspoon of grenadine on top, to get the look of the traditional tequila sunrise, and freeze!

Boozey Patriotic Popsicles

The 4th of July wouldn’t be complete without alcohol, so put away the cheap cooler beer and take out these boozy patriotic popsicles. Let’s make patriotism look good! These blue popsicles taste just like your childhood-favorite, red, white, and blue rocket pops!

P.S. The maraschino cherries inside are a tasty surprise!

Ingredients
2 cups lemonade
1/2 vodka
1/4 cup blue curacao
1/4 cup light corn syrup
12-18 maraschino cherries

Directions
Place 3-4 cherries into each popsicle mold. Mix lemonade, vodka, blue curacao, and corn syrup together and pour over cherries. Freeze and enjoy!

Boozey Watermelon Popsicles

These babies are so cute and easy! Definitely insta-worthy. It’s basically a vodka watermelon, in a smaller version, on a stick! How cool! Literally. I’ll be making these all summer. Fruit is good for you, right?

Ingredients:
6-8 Seedless Watermelon Wedges with popsicle sticks inserted in the rind
1 cup sugar
3/4 boiling water
Juice of two limes
1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup triple sec

Directions
After you insert the popsicle stick into the watermelon wedge (a knife is super helpful to create a hole) simply place them on a baking sheet. Stir boiling water and sugar together until sugar is dissolved then stir in the lime juice, tequila, and triple sec. Pour the mixture over the watermelon wedges and cool in the freezer. These do not have to be fully frozen to enjoy! Feel free to add margarita salt and extra limes for garnish!

Gin and Tonic Popsicles

These are for the old men and the purists. There is no twist with these gin and tonic popsicles; it’s simply a frozen gin and tonic cocktail on a stick. But, sometimes you just want to taste your booze. It’s much safer that way.

Ingredients
6 oz. gin
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
3 cups tonic water
cucumber slices for garnish

Directions
Place cucumber slices in popsicle molds. Mix gin, tonic water, and lime juice together pour over cucumbers and freeze.

Boozey Orange Creamsicle Popsicles

Do you remember, as a kid, going to the ice cream truck and handing over your hard-earned lawn-raking money for an orange creamsicle? Well, this is a creamy and delicious boozy twist that will, transport you back to childhood, leave your mouth watering and have you feeling a little tipsy; I bet you didn’t get that little perk from the ice cream man! Ahh, adulthood is fabulous!

Ingredients
2 cups orange juice
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup vodka
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon orange bitters

Directions
Whisk together all the ingredients until sugar is fully dissolved. Allow mixture to settle for a few minutes and then scrape excess foam off the top. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze!

Prosecco and Fruit Popsicles

Get ready to get fancy! Garnished with mixed berries, these treats not only look beautiful, they have the fresh fruit taste we all crave in the summer! These are perfect for a girly pool party, a garden party, or sitting on your couch watching Netflix at 2 am. Seriously, you’re a queen, treat yourself, and eat these at any time.

Ingredients
2 cups water
1 cup prosecco
fresh mixed berries

Directions
Place mixed berries into a popsicle mold. Mix water and prosecco together and pour into the molds. Freeze and enjoy!
