Berries are perfect during the summer. They’re sweet and less expensive than during the off-season. Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and bananas can make a simple and delicious fruit salad!

Berries are filled with antioxidants and polyphenols, which fight chronic disease and cancer. Plus you can add them to lots of things!
