Ok, so before I get the eye rolls from you haters, just hear me out. I know that this show is trashy and some people think it is pure garbage. But let me tell you something else. Real relationships, that come out of this reality show, are not a myth. Not only are relationships coming from this show but friendships, true love, marriages, pets, kids, and families.
The Bachelor and Bachelorette has been on since 2002 and it’s an indulgence for girls, and guys, across the nation. The Bachelor and Bachelorette features beautiful people, going on beautiful dates, hanging out with other beautiful people, and in exotic and beautiful locations. What’s not to love?
And then there’s the Bachelor in Paradise. True, this show is the “sleaziest” of them all, but even this spin off has produced amazing couples, marriages, and families. Bachelor in Paradise is full of booze, boobs, debauchery, copulation, and lots of backstabbing but the real romances and happiness that comes out of it are just amazing. Here are a couple of the best love stories from these shows.
Trista and Ryan
So, truth be told, I have not watched this series from day one. I didn’t watch this initial season of the Bachelorette and see them fall in love, but their story is one of the oldest and best of Bachelorette history. Trista was the Bachelorette who chose Ryan as her forever person. She said this on the day he proposed to her, “Today is a day I have dreamt about my entire life, since I was a little girl, I had visions of a man I could see a future with, but someone whose face was always blurred until now. I see a white dress, and I see it with you. You stepped out of my dreams and into my world.” Aww!
Molly and Jason

Love? Yes. Easy, beautiful, butterflies, and rainbows? Definitely not. Jason was the bachelor and he originally chose Melissa Rycroft. The thing is, it didn’t take him long to realize that he was really in love with the runner up, Molly Malaney. So, on the Final Rose, Jason told Melissa the truth, he still had feelings for Molly. It was a tearful, sad, and emotional public breakup. Molly and Jason were shunned for the scandal they caused. Some people said terrible things to them, and they were hurt in more ways than one. But they were really following their hearts and after all, isn’t that the point. But now? Him and Molly have been happily married for eight years and they have two children together. What a great ending to their story.
Both of these love stories are truly beautiful. Trista and Ryan were a true romance tale while Jason and Molly got there, but not without a lot of drama and some hurt feelings along the way.
