It’s often said that you are a product of your associations. Your circle of friends should be people who are passionate about looking youthful. Second, laughter is medicine to the soul and a great energy booster. Be keen to surround yourself with people who make you laugh.

You could also try and make friends at the gym or with that neighbor who jogs daily in your neighborhood. They all might help boost your mindset.
